You will connect with overnight teams, maintain store operations, assist with receiving inventory, and coach associates while ensuring product handling and cold chain integrity. Strong communication and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 6+ months related experience.
• Experience leading overnight teams is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight store operations and maintain conditions.
• Support store leadership and communicate with daytime leads.
• Address issues, coordinate safety, sanitation and safety checks.
• Assist with receiving inventory and product handling.
• Provide guidance and coaching to overnight Partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and federal/state regulations.
