Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Stock Controller to lead an overnight stocking team and maintain fully stocked displays across the store. You will supervise Partners, assist with scheduling, and train new staff while ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

In this role you will learn about multiple departments, coordinate with the Department Manager, and drive inventory accuracy and in-stock levels overnight, contributing to a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in stocking or customer service.
• Experience leading an overnight team, or large teams in other areas of the business (preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight stocking team to ensure 100% in-stocks and fully-filled displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with selections and questions.
• Schedule work, train Partners, and support Department Manager in daily operations.
