Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent retail supervisory experience.
• Retail supervisory experience required or 2 years of general work experience with supervisory experience.
• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teaching and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensure high quality customer experience through service standards and problem resolution.
• Develop action plans to mitigate shrink and improve merchandising and operations.
