Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Attending and successfully completing trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, providing feedback, and communicating store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and promoting a sense of belonging.
