Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback.
• Model exceptional customer service and drive OBW service model; support customer initiatives and community programs.
• Drive store financial performance: review PL, budget, forecast, and control expenses to meet sales goals.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders; build accountability and measure progress toward results.
• Create a Belonging mindset by hiring, mentoring, and promoting qualified associates.

Education
