Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training, giving feedback, and communicating store goals.
• Oversee customer service initiatives and the One Best Way service model to ensure high standards.
• Monitor PL/Profit & Loss statements, budgeting, and expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support staffing by hiring and mentoring associates and promoting a culture of belonging.
