Qualificações

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Prefer candidates with a BS in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Communicates store operations and business initiatives to associates at all levels.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and managing budgeting.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer issues effectively.
• Hires, trains, mentors, and provides development opportunities for hourly associates.
