Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Attainment of required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Firearms related requirements may apply for facilities that sell firearms (CBC and training).
• State-specific eligibility may be required for ammunition facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training and coaching associates to deliver strong customer service.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring sales, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, set expectations and promote a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity standards and support Walmart’s Open Door Policy.
