Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our full-time Night Shift team (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). As a Nightshift CNA, you will help ensure resident safety, comfort, and continuity of care while residents rest.

You will follow care plans, provide hands-on resident care, monitor intake/output, document care, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Ohio STNA certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents throughout the shift.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow residents' individualized plans of care under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
• Provide hands-on resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, mobility and toileting assistance.
• Monitor and document intake/output and report changes in resident condition.
• Perform routine overnight safety checks and respond to resident needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and document care in the resident record.
• Follow infection control policies and collaborate with nursing staff.
