Covenant Village Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for full-time night shifts. You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor health, document care, and work under licensed nurses in a long-term care setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma and an active STNA certification; prior LTC experience is welcome but not required. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Prior healthcare or long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Support mobility and safe transfers using assistive devices as needed.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff; document care in EHR or paper charts.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and clean, comfortable living environment.
