Maple Grove Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the full-time Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will provide compassionate resident care under the supervision of an RN or LPN and help residents stay safe, comfortable, and independent whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Ohio STNA certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents throughout shift.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow residents’ individualized plans of care under the Charge Nurse.
• Provide hands-on resident care (bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting).
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor and document intake/output and report changes.
• Perform routine overnight safety checks and respond to resident needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and tidy resident areas.
• Document care, interventions, and events in the resident record.
• Follow infection control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and assist with other duties.
