The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Night Shift team. As a Night Shift CNA/STNA, you will provide comfort, safety, and continuity of care while residents rest.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care. Night shift hours are 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold STNA certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow residents' individualized plans of care under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
• Provide direct resident care, including mobility and transfer assistance, grooming and personal hygiene, dining assistance, toileting and continence care.
• Perform routine safety checks and respond promptly to resident needs overnight.
• Document care, interventions, and events in the resident record.
• Follow all infection control policies and procedures.
