Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care per care plans. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, resident identification, and confidentiality.

You will support residents with daily activities, monitor changes, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain quality care. Qualified candidates are CNAs with CPR (preferred) and a minimum of a 10th grade education, ready to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information (HIPAA).
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Record accurate notes on charts and flow sheets.
• Ensure rooms are ready for residents and assist with transfers.
