Qualifications

• Must be a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certified in Ohio.

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer and move residents with care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide basic care including vital signs and wound care.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Collaborate with health care team on individualized care plans.
• Maintain confidential records of resident care and services.
