Responsibilities

• Reprocess reusable general hospital and surgical equipment and supplies, including advanced instruments.
• Follow Mount Carmel Service Excellence behaviors and maintain professional standards.
• Adhere to safety policies to prevent injuries and ensure patient and staff safety.
• Perform decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and storage procedures.
• Prepare case carts using appropriate sheets and cards.
• Communicate inventory shortages and substitutions when needed.
