This role emphasizes clinical expertise, operational leadership, and collaboration with OR leads to optimize workflow, accuracy, and patient safety in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Sterile Processing Department.
• Strong knowledge of operating room instrumentation and workflows.
• CRST (HSPA) or CSPT (CBSPD).
• CER (HSPA) or CSIS (CBSPD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced sterilization standards knowledge.
• Mentor and precept Sterile Processing Technicians.
• Organize workflow to meet department demands.
• Maintain documentation for decontamination, disinfection, sterilization, and equipment maintenance.
