Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Womens and Newborn Unit, working the Night shift with 24 hours per week. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, perform assessments, and participate in care planning within a High Reliability Organization framework.

Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care, documenting interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across 24/7 units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments as applicable.
• Lead process improvements to achieve quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
