Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery Unit 1, night shift, 36 hours per week. The RN is accountable for nursing practice and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care throughout the continuum.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN is required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes; revises plan of care as needed.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Operations - Performs routine duties to support the unit's functioning.
