Job summary

Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and supervise patient care using the nursing process. You will provide education to patients and families and work closely with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires an Ohio nursing license, CPR certification, and completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ADN/BSN). Prior nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Valid license to practice nursing in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide family-centered nursing care and educate patients and families.
• Document nursing process accurately and concisely.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely.
• Ensure clinic processes and FMC policies are followed.
• Maintain availability of equipment and supplies for patient care.
