Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process.
• Provides quality nursing care based on a family centered approach.
• Provides education for the patient and family from admission through discharge.
• Documentation of the nursing process.
• Works closely with physicians and other team members to ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Administers medications and performs treatments safely.
• Ensures clinic processes and FMC policies are followed.
