Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in Diploma/Associate/Bachelor degree in Nursing.
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification is required.
• Previous nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide education for patient and family from admission through discharge.
• Document nursing process thoroughly, concisely, and legibly.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to address patient/family concerns.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
• Ensure clinic processes and FMC policies are followed.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; report malfunctions as needed.
