Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using the nursing process with a family-centered approach.
• Educates patients and families from admission through discharge.
• Documents nursing care accurately and concisely in the medical record.
• Collaborates with physicians and other team members to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Administers medications and performs treatments safely and correctly.
• Ensures compliance with FMC policies and maintains equipment and supplies for patient care.
