• Initiate and coordinate patient teaching.
• Coordinate care using an interdisciplinary approach.
• Delegate responsibilities according to caregiver skills.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions per policy.
• Supervise other patient caregivers and model professional behavior.
• Exercise independent judgment in emergencies and routine situations.
• Administer medications and perform treatments using aseptic technique per policy.
