Job summary

Qualifications

• RN experience required or equivalent responsibilities.
• Graduate nurse with MA RN license and current BLS/ACLS.
• Experience with hospital procedures and patient care planning.
• Ability to teach and mentor staff and participate in rounds.

Responsibilities

• Documents initial and ongoing patient assessment according to policy.
• Develops care plans including discharge planning for assigned patients.
• Delivers age-appropriate care across patient populations.
• Initiates patient teaching and coordinates care using interdisciplinary team.
