Antech Diagnostics in Orlando, FL seeks a detail-oriented Specimen Processor to receive, prepare and process samples in a busy laboratory setting. You will enter patient data, label specimens, aliquot as needed, and help maintain accurate storage and rack inventories.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 0–1 years of related work experience. The role involves night shifts and weekend coverage with competitive benefits.

Mansioni

• Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analyses.
• Accurately process standard requisitions per approved procedures at expected rates.
• Removes specimens from transport bags, enter patient data, label samples and aliquot as needed for multiple testing.
• Scan tubes into storage racks and enter specimen data into database to verify the accuracy of information.
• Accession various sample types for processing.
• Ensure Turn Around Times (TATs) are met.
• Follows SOPs and maintains clean and organized work area.
