Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Specimen Processor in Fountain Valley, CA, to receive, prepare and process specimens for laboratory analyses. The role requires careful data entry, accurate labeling and orderly storage, while meeting turnaround times in a busy lab environment.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with science coursework; 0–1 years of related experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, data entry, and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with science related classes.
• 0-1 years related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analyses.
• Process standard requisitions per approved procedures.
• Enter specimen data and label samples as needed for multiple testing.
• Maintain inventory of samples and ensure Turn Around Times (TATs) are met.
• Assist other lab personnel with specimen storage and handling.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
