Abbott is seeking a Supervisor, Specimen Processing at our Cancer Diagnostics location in Madison, WI. This role oversees day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, timecard management, coaching, and performance management to ensure accurate data reporting and efficient processing.

Shift: Tue - Fri, 1:30 PM–12:00 AM. You will lead a team, manage workflow, maintain equipment, conduct meetings, and support quality initiatives while aligning with GDP and lab policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day Specimen Processing operations.

• Support GDP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Recruit and interview employees who meet core values.
• Collaborate with management on department goals and quality initiatives.
