Qualifications

• Lead and empower staff to meet quality and productivity goals for the shift.
• Manage daily shift operations and delegating tasks.
• Organize team meetings and 1-on-1s; coach for development.
• Maintain shift staffing levels with management team.
• Investigate test records and automation issues; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation follows GDP and Quality Management System.
