Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Lab Associate I, Specimen Processing to perform day-to-day operations in the Specimen Processing Department. This includes accessioning, processing, automation use, sample racking, lab maintenance, and related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires adherence to quality management, GDP data reporting, and safety regulations. Shift is Tue–Fri, 10p–7:30am, with potential for overtime and travel within the site network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience using computers including Internet, email, and MS Office.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of problems and problem resolutions per GDP.
• Support department goals and organizational priorities.
• Work with leadership to progress on development goals aligned with priorities.
