Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Production Operator / Assembler for the third shift (9:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) in Mansfield, OH. The role involves soldering, assembly, finishing, and packaging with close tolerances and a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Training on first shift, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., for 3 months at $18/hour; after training, pay is $19.80/hour. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and compliance with ITAR/export-control rules, with soldering experience and PCB-related

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet applicable requirements for ITAR/export-control regulations.
• Manufacturing soldering experience is a plus.
• ESD training and J-STD-001 solder certification are preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics is a plus.
• Ability to safely use measuring instruments and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering operations, including torch and soldering-iron work.
• Assemble products using multiple parts with close tolerances.
• Operate equipment needed to assemble different products.
• Read blueprints and wire schematics; verify parts meet quality specifications using measuring instruments.
• Finish relays with nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps, and touch-up paint.
• Perform potting and encapsulation operations.
• Complete packing and shipping tasks as needed.
• Train other employees as needed.
