Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Temporary Production Operator III for assembly and soldering on the 3rd shift in Mansfield, OH. The role demands attention to detail, close tolerances, and the use of hand tools, measuring instruments, and soldering equipment to build and test products.

The position includes training on the first shift for 90–100 days and compensation at $19.80 per hour with a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work per ITAR/export-control requirements.
• Manufacturing experience, particularly soldering, is preferred.
• ESD training and J-STD-001 solder certification are preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering operations and assemble products with close tolerances.
• Read blueprints and wire schematics; inspect parts with measuring instruments.
• Operate equipment required for product assembly and finish/packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and work as part of a team.
• Train other employees when needed; perform other related duties.
