Jack Link's Protein Snacks is seeking a Smokehouse Unloader for 2nd Shift and Overnight in Wisconsin. The role involves unloading products from the smokehouse, following daily production schedules, and maintaining safety and GMP standards.

The position offers 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm with a $20.50 hourly wage plus shift differentials; overnight 11pm-7am with similar pay. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to organize and prioritize in a multi-tasking environment.
• Able to understand and follow Chemical & Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures and policies, once trained.
• Build and support a culture of openness and accountability within (and out-side) the assigned department.
• Demonstrate professionalism; encourage and insist on positive attitudes and behaviors from team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
• Unload product from smokehouse ovens.
• Ensure product conforms to specifications.
• Prevent and minimize rework and/or inedible.
• May require working on taping machines, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, trash and recycling compactors.
• Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed.
• Successfully complete all necessary technical training and skills verification as directed.
