TekniPlex in North Carolina is seeking a skilled Slitter Operator to convert master rolls according to production orders and customer specs. You will operate the slitting line, load material, monitor quality, and maintain safety and productivity.

This night shift (10:45pm–7:00am) requires good communication, ability to stand for long periods, and the strength to lift up to 50 lbs. TekniPlex offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to healthcare and consumer products.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Excellent communication skills for a hands-on role.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow GMP and safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Safely and efficiently operate the slitting process to convert master rolls per orders and specs.
• Load material, thread through machine, and adjust settings for slit dimensions.
• Input data into shop floor PC and verify labels match rolls.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow GMP, and report scrap or quality issues promptly.
• Stack rolls per packaging specifications and document daily production metrics.
• Support productivity, quality, and scrap targets throughout the shift.
