Pro Tapes LLC in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Night Shift Slitting Operator to run manufacturing machines, ensuring safe, efficient operation and meeting customer specifications. The role requires reading work orders, basic math, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting the slitting line, inspecting outputs, reporting issues, and adhering to production schedules.

Competenze

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management. Have a good command of the English language.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders for processing.
• Ability to use simple math and basic handheld measuring tools.

Mansioni

• Operate manufacturing machines in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of a slitting machine per training criteria.
• Translate data from work orders into correct settings and procedures.
• Inspect output for compliance and inform QA for any non-conforming goods.
• Report process/equipment problems to management or maintenance.
• Maintain safety, policies, and housekeeping for the area.
