Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task.
• Read production tickets and measurements accurately.
• Must be able to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting machines to cut film to specified widths and lengths.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Read production schedules and inspect rolls for defects.
• Install and align blades, start machine, adjust settings, and monitor output.
• Perform routine quality checks and document results.
