Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Night Superintendent to lead, direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor on a complex project. You will ensure safety, maintain schedule delivery, manage quality, and monitor adherence to budget for your area of responsibility.

The role reports to the Project Superintendent, Project Manager or Project Executive and requires a Bachelor's degree with at least six years of related experience, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of six (6) years' related experience training and/or experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, general contract, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, including Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in EH&S applications.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor.
• Ensures safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget.
• Supervises Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns and trade labor in his/her area of responsibility.
