Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least six years of related experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, scheduling, cost control, and contract documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate trades to maintain coordinated project operations and resolve issues.
• Manage site safety program and subcontractor compliance.
• Develop and supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns.
• Create schedules and implement recovery strategies to maintain schedule.
• Communicate with owners and architects on field issues.
• Manage billing related to WIP, payrolls, invoices, and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure work conforms to contract documents.
