Performance Foodservice in Temple, TX is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport trailers and deliver goods across intrastate and interstate routes. The role requires safe driving, adherence to DOT regulations, and accurate record-keeping.

Training is provided, with a $60k–$70k annual salary and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Schedule includes Sunday through Friday, 2:30pm–12am starts with 1–3 trips per shift, plus a comprehensive benefits package from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement and be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Ability to perform safety checks and inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Capable of lifting 60–90 pounds and operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer/straight truck to transport empty trailers and deliver full trailers.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and ensure loads are secured.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies; report hazards.
• Complete hours of service logs per DOT and company requirements.
• Support warehouse operations and communicate with customers and team members.
