Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Operations Manager and lead a shift of technicians, customer service coordinators, and service staff, ensuring safe, efficient operation and achievement of performance metrics.

You will drive workflow analysis, scheduling, training, quality inspections, and cost control while maintaining excellent customer uptime and compliance with safety and EPA regulations, with a competitive annual salary and bonus

Qualifications

H.S. diploma/GED required.
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–3 years in maintenance operations; substitution may be considered.
Maintenance and technical shop experience required.

Responsibilities

Workflow management: analyze work, plan and schedule, assign work to technicians, track productivity, and lead meetings.
Labor management: train and develop personnel, manage performance.
Customer management: maintain customer relationships, ensure uptime, communicate status and PM follow-ups.
Asset management: maintain shop appearance, ensure 65 standards, manage tooling and equipment needs.
Quality management: perform inspections, root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, ensure safety/compliance.
Financial management: control costs, payroll, PO approvals, invoicing, and cost reporting.
