Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC in Connersville, IN is seeking a Night Shift Shipping Supervisor to lead a safety-focused shipping team. You will ensure orderly, safe, and efficient operations, coaching staff to meet quality and production goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

The role requires supervisory experience, a lean mindset, and strong problem-solving ability. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED minimum, and a commitment to safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED minimum.
• 5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in aluminum extrusion business a plus.
• Formal Leadership training.
• Manage multiple objectives and deadlines, team building, conflict resolution, performance appraisal process, first aid, CPR, mobile equipment and crane training, precision measuring equipment training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of all daily, monthly, quarterly and annual activities, including operational reporting, team member evaluations, write ups and record keeping, quality records, payroll, employee coaching for attendance & performance.
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions, prior to Injury Free Events occurring.
• Address items discovered through IFE, WOC, and observation processes in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular safety audits and formal observations.
• Deliver daily pre-shift safety meetings and safety stand downs as required.
• Ensure adherence of company safety rules by team members, outside contractors, visitors, and truck drivers.
