Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate for the night shift (Thursday-Sunday, 7pm-5:30am) at our Hebron, IN facility.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verify driver and paperwork, and manage dock door assignments while maintaining accurate data in the WMS system. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable communication with carriers, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to interpret packing slips.
• Experience using a WMS to track goods in a warehouse.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers and contacts regarding inbound/outbound movements.
• Enter data from carrier paperwork into the system and process inbounds.
• Generate and review bill documentation; verify driver paperwork and dock assignments.
• Assist with posting inbound/outbound shipments and maintain relationships with carriers/customers.
• Serve as Welcome Center Associate and Security Guard when needed, overseeing check-in/out and trailer verification.
• Work outside to communicate with drivers and ensure safety and productivity.
