Job summary

United States Cold Storage in Hebron, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to work Monday through Thursday, 7am–5:30pm, on-site in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in loading/unloading, palletizing, inventory checks, and safe operation of forklifts and scanners to support cold chain logistics.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, withstand cold temperatures, and strong attention to safety and teamwork. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, with assistance.
• Work in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F with moderate noise.
• Follow safety policies and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers verifying proper product stacking and that product is not being mixed on pallets.
• Ensure that customer product is accounted for, free of infestation, and within acceptable temperature range prior to storage.
• Identify and recover damaged product and report shortages/overages to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories, when necessary, to safeguard customer products.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct lot numbers and location.
