Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc is hiring a Warehouse Associate for nights (M-F, 5pm-1:30am) in Hebron, IN. You will unload/load trailers, pick and prepare orders, and stack pallets up to seven feet while operating forklifts and scanners.

The role requires attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work in a cold environment. Join a facility focused on accurate product handling, inventory integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Work in temperatures ranging from +50°F to -30°F and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (scanners, forklifts, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers ensuring proper product stacking and pallet integrity.
• Ensure product is accounted for, free of infestation, and within temperature range before storage.
• Assist with physical inventories and report any shortages or damages to supervision.
• Pull, prepare, and ship products with correct lot numbers and destinations.
• Stack pallets up to seven feet tall and secure with tape/stretch-wrap.
• Maintain equipment and workspace in a neat, safe condition.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies at all times.
