Job summary

Idlogistics is seeking a Flow Controller to manage shipments on a Wednesday–Saturday night shift. You will provide customer service, verify incoming/outgoing shipments, set daily appointments, and process deliveries and loads.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and multitasking in a fast-paced logistics environment. Pay starts at $23.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential, located in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent data entry skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service assistance and manages incoming calls.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items to verify against records.
• Set daily delivery appointments.
• Process incoming deliveries and completed loads.
• Resolve shipping/receiving issues with internal staff.
• Files paperwork daily.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance.
• Observe safety rules and assist enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
