Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a BHD OB Flow Controller for Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, verifying shipment details, scheduling deliveries, processing deliveries and loads, and resolving shipping issues.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, and 3 months of customer service experience. Strong communication and computer/data entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle incoming calls.

• Resolve shipping/receiving issues with internal staff.
• Maintain daily paperwork and records.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance.
• Adhere to safety rules and assist enforcement.

Job Description

Flow Controller Shift Wednesday - Saturday: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm

• Provides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Set daily delivery appointments.
• Process incoming deliveries.
• Process completed loads.
• Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff.
• Files paperwork daily.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $23.00 + $1.50 Shift Differential

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

• 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
