This position will support the productivity and performance accuracy of these areas of the operation.****WHAT YOU WILL DO:***** Support in leading and developing a team of employees to achieve operational and productivity goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment* Conduct daily shift meetings and support workforce staffing and scheduling to meet operational business needs* Prioritize and champion safety initiatives and protocols to ensure a safe work environment by conducting regular safety meetings and promoting a culture of safety awareness* Support all aspects of area operations including productivity, inventory management, order fulfillment and quality assurance* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy* Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement; develop and execute action plans to address areas of concern and meet performance targets* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements* Generate and analyze reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management* Track attendance and timekeeping on a daily basis* Able to work the assigned shift and extra time as per business needs.****WHAT YOU WILL BRING:***** 3+ years of qualitative/quantitative experience in management in a similar role in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management.* Knowledge and experience working with automated order fulfillment systems.* Knowledge of WMS systems, quality and productivity measurements and processes.* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.* Ability to articulate your position and achieve buy in.* Solid organizational and inter-personal skills with the ability to foster productive relationships at every level.* Creative problem-solving ability and multi-tasking competing priorities.* Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to overcome obstacles and deliver results.* Must have understanding of English language both written and verbal.
