All Fleet Inc. is hiring a 3rd Shift Service Call Coordinator to handle late-night service requests, manage urgent breakdowns, and keep our technicians moving. If you’re a night owl who thrives in high-pressure, independent roles, this is the job for you.

In this role you will own inbound service requests, dispatch technicians, plan routes, manage key accounts, and communicate clearly across calls, texts, and digital logs to keep customers satisfied and fleets moving.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating dispatch in a fleet/repair environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and digital logs.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound service requests and ensure calls are handled efficiently.
• Dispatch & coordinate mobile diesel technicians to maximize speed and coverage.
• Think ahead to route and resource allocation to prevent delays.
• Manage high-value accounts and keep customers informed.
• Solve problems in real-time and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate via calls, texts, and digital systems to keep everyone in sync.
• Track and optimize performance with logs and reports.
