Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced production plant. You will perform repair and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and drive safety and quality in daily operations.

You will work weekdays with overtime as needed, in a high-output environment, collaborating with production and maintenance staff to minimize downtime and keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• GMPs knowledge required.
• Understanding of food safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Forklift certification must be obtained and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, wear PPE per policy.
• Ensure food quality and safety per SQF/standards.
• Report FSMS issues and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform repair, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Document work orders and track parts numbers.
