Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to solve problems quickly.
• Ability to troubleshoot ac/dc electrical components, motor starters, switches and sensors.
• Proficient in troubleshooting pneumatic and mechanical drive systems at component level.
• Flexible schedule and multi-tasking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to develop welding, machining, fabrication, or layout skills.
• Experience coordinating maintenance technicians and PM/WO activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team on the night shift and coordinate priorities.
• Manage breakdowns and coordinate technicians during the shift.
• Communicate effectively with technical staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with site policies, GMPs and safety practices.
• Oversee planned stops, resource assignment and corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct PMs and work orders independently.
