Job summary
Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Topeka, KS seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician for the night shift. You will lead maintenance on production equipment, coordinate breakdowns, perform advanced electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting, and train technicians.

Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot ac/dc electrical components including motor starters, switches and sensors.
- Willingness to develop welding, basic machinist, and fabrication skills.
Responsibilities
- Functions as technical expert on night shift, leading the maintenance team.
- Coordinate breakdowns and PMs to minimize downtime.
- Train technicians and operators in AM/PM activities and safety practices.
